My story!

My Journey of Tenacity and Transformation

With over three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, I have dedicated my life to delivering exceptional dining experiences. My career had take me across various states, where I have been a pivotal part of renowned organizations such as Yum Brands, IHOP, and TGI Fridays. As a General Manager, I have adquired  skills in leadership, operations, and customer service, fostering a culture of excellence in every restaurant that I managed.

Passion for Training and Development

My commitment to enhancing the skills of others led me to become a trainer for a couple years, where I focused on teaching vital skills such as CPR/AED and first aid. My dedication to empowering others not only reflects my character but also my belief in the importance of safety and preparedness in the hospitality industry or any other industry.

Overcoming Adversity

In the wake of an unfortunate accident last year, I faced significant challenges that prevented me from performing my role as a restaurant manager. However, rather than allowing this setback to define me, I chose to pivot my career. So I returned  teaching CPR, rediscovering the joy and fulfillment that comes from educating others.

The Heart of It All

Now residing in Enfield, CT, I share my life with my loving wife and four daughters. My family is my greatest source of inspiration and support, fueling my passion for both work and life.

Today, I continue to blend my extensive experience in the restaurant industry with my passion for teaching. I believe that every challenge presents an opportunity for growth, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on those around me. Whether it’s through training future leaders in the restaurant world or imparting life-saving skills. I am committed to fostering a safer and more knowledgeable community.
